In November 2018 Servage went through some kind of hardware migration that has gone terribly wrong. That was 5 months ago and still I don't have websites and emails working. I've had weeks of intermittent emails or emails that have taken days to be delivered to me, severely affecting my business. It's been an absolute nightmare. I threatened to leave due to the bad service and asked for a refund, and now no one is responding to my support tickets. DO NOT chose these guys to host your website/email - price point is very low, but you get what you pay for.

Although their services are most certainly sufficient for a basic simple website, it might be lacking certain crucial requirements for a critical or super specialized website. From last 7 years, I have been with this company.They offered shared hosting, VPS and windows hosting and in such long duration, I don’t need to contact them for the problems again and again, I think it’s only once or twice.I like to give them 4 stars out of 5 stars as their technical support is not very great. When they correct the tech issues they don’t give a proper explanation regarding the issue like what is the reason behind occurring of the issue, how I can fix the issue myself, whether it will affect my website or not, if in future arises again, what steps should be taken by me etc. They do not respond properly, even when I asked them then also they said that we will correct the issues; resolve the problem and all over.
