Customer service is non-existent. They have live chat on their site - which is NEVER live. It gives you the option to leave a message - they never acknowledge recieiving it, let along reply. When I`ve called their phone number, I`ve sat on old for over 20 minutes every time, before giving up in sheer frustration. DO NOT register your domain with this awful company.
I have found these guys of Register365 very competent & dedicated. As far as the price is concerned, they are quite good in price & offering very cheap rates to customers with great response & services. Always got instant response and friendly technical support. I am also very satisfied with their uptime and server speed.
Register365 is a decent low cost solution provider. There are significant features, good upload and downstream speed. Most basic plans are suitable for small hosting jobs like personal pages while there are packages with very high space and bandwidth allocation.
