To protect data, critical business processes and risk mitigation from potential cyber attacks and advanced persistent threats (APTs), ‘Rackspace’ has come up with new managed security and compliance assistance for customers globally and will be serviced out of Rackspace US offices. This service will provide threat detection and centralized security logging and analysis.
Additionally, the company also offers Rackspace Compliance Assistance for PCI and security compliance; and Rackspace Managed Cloud for Adobe Experience Manager, a managed automation platform for digital marketing.
Company will provide on boarding consultation and deployment and will manage a customer’s 24x7x3654 from Customer Security Operations Center, from Rackspace headquarters’. It provides host and network protection, security analytics, vulnerability management and threat intelligence.
Perry Robinson, (Rackspace Managed Security vice president and general manager) says: “The Company is no stranger to the threats to cloud environments, and wants to use its expertise to help companies combat these dangerous scenarios through the new service portfolio.

According to the company, it’ll be backed by Rackspace’s Customer Security Operations Center (CSOC), set to open this October.
