Moved from Aruba to Asura with extreme satisfaction.
Countless of useful features and removal of tons of constraints I had with previous hosting provider:
- cPanel administration
- possibility to link to the same hosting up to 15 domains/subdomain
- possibility of connecting to external DB
- SSL for each domain (this was also on Aruba)
On top of all:
- it`s cheaper (but that`s not the most important)
- servers are much faster
- customer service is great!

Servers are really good now. They have moved onto litespeed and that has been a gamechanger.

Support is by far their strongest asset. Hosting a site can be extremely complicated, especially if your like me with 0 experience. Their support helped and guided me through the first steps to get my site up and running. Writing this review as appreciation! Thank you asura hosting!

Been using them for a couple month`s now just for basic hosting and occasional emails. They have some weird issues with FTP at times, and issues with site speeds often. They recently had a couple days of downtime but gave customers affected some credit. Probably wouldn`t use again, but will wait until my hosting expires and then move onto a different host. The support is pretty decent since they helped me multiple times with complaints, but its sad the actual host is not up to par.

Asurahosting is a Terrible Hosting. I`ve purchased the Basic Plan on July 25, 2016 with a monthly billing to try their service. Guess what?, at exactly August 25 on the day of my due date they suspended my domains turning my 2 domains into suspended cgi page. I was about to settle my bills on the same day which was the exact due date. Without any email, ticket or what ever to notify me to do that without my knowledge. I actually made a ticket on that same they and they replied that my 2 domains are working fine. They are stupid, they just lifted the suspended page the time they were reading my ticket. My domains saved those suspended page on a cache, and all my returning customers are sending me reports that they are getting an account suspended page. I`ve lost customers, organic views on the past few days and until now I`ve been getting a random suspended page because it was saved on cache.

Hi there are negative reviews about this company but Im afraid many of those are from people who are unrealistic and expect massive service for $10/year hosting fee.
When I joined Asura, I was really impressed with the speed at which I got my hosting available. As for the speed, I am a Kiwi and using a Kiwi host but since Asura was so fast I checked out the location of servers to find my Kiwihost is located in Houston, Texas, and is much slower than Asura, which is that fast that it seems installations are done almost instantly (once uploaded).
Anyway, I was having some problems with an Ecommerce Open Source. John from Asura was onto it and did his best to sort the issue out which was to do with rewrite and directory locations being lost by the app. The problems were inherant to the app John advised, and I proved this by easily installing Opencart with no problems whatsoever.
Amazing support. Initial impressions are a great host with support a little slow, but thats to be expected for being one of the most price competitive in the world.
My recommendation - go for it!

Great company, support is outstanding. Only ran into a issue with htaccess once, opened a support ticket regarding the issue and got it fixed within 30 minutes.

My website`s front end is pretty fast, because i configured it correctly. But my back-end is really slooooooooooowwwwww... I am merely using a wordpress, and navigating thru the platform is a pain in the ass! I have tried it to my 3 Remote servers (UK, US, CAN based)... I don`t think that is co-incidence.

I just joined Asurahosting for 2 weeks and just 15 min ago, I cannot access to any pages of their website (cannot login client service, cannot login cPanel, cannot load any page from their website) and I cannot access to any websites being hosted by them either. Support email sent out and no response yet, it seems their system is completely down. Horrible!

Terrible web host! My new website was on-line less than 1 day before a complete outage which is considerably less than 99.9% uptime as they advertise. If/when they get the servers going again, I`ll cancel my hosting plan with them and move on to a more reliable hosting company!
